Whether you already live in France or are planning a move, there often comes a point when lack of time, language or simply knowing who to call can get frustrating. Whilst helpful information can be found in books or on websites, it can rapidly become out of date and unreliable. Rules and regulations in France are constantly changing. Assurance is often given that "everything will be taken care of" and that things are "libre de soucis" (free from worry), but you may feel that it's worth having independent verification. I can find and liase with local builders and tradesmen I can find and cross-check information for you directly from government departments, local councils or service providers. Any necessary action can be undertaken rapidly on your behalf, with regular updates. I work throughout France, but for practical reasons, local visits are restricted to Normandy. Serious and costly mistakes are commonly made based on assumptions or word-of-mouth.
